No. The quote form is the only contact route for this site. It collects the details a partner supplier needs to quote, so nothing gets lost between messages.
What happens after I send the form?
We pass your request to a partner supplier in our network that handles that kind of request. The supplier follows up with availability and a quote.
Can I visit a yard or pick up totes?
RE:IBC Totes has no yard of its own. If you want to inspect totes or collect them yourself, say so in your request and ask the partner supplier who follows up.
Does the request commit me to anything?
No. It is a free, no-obligation quote request. Prices and terms are set by the supplier, and you decide whether to go ahead.
