RE:IBC Totes (reibctotes.com) is a referral service. RE:IBC Totes is a referral service. Quotes are fulfilled by partner suppliers in our network. We do not sell, buy, store, clean, test, grade, transport or recycle containers ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a partner supplier.
2. Quote requests
Sending a request is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. We pass your request to one or more partner suppliers in our network. We do not promise that a supplier will respond, that a quote will be offered, or that totes of a particular type, grade or quantity will be available in your area.
3. Partner suppliers set the terms
If you buy, sell or recycle totes through a partner supplier, that supplier sets the price, payment terms, pickup and delivery arrangements, condition and grade descriptions, warranties, returns and any other terms. Review them with the supplier before you agree. Questions about an order go to the supplier who quoted it.
4. Information on this site
Guides, size charts and other content on this site are general information only. Dimensions and weights vary by manufacturer and unit. Before using any container for food, potable water, hazardous materials or other regulated contents, confirm its suitability with the supplier and check current regulations.
5. No warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is”. RE:IBC Totes gives no warranty of any kind about the site, its content, partner suppliers, or any container or service a partner supplier provides.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, RE:IBC Totes is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from any quote, or from any dealings with a partner supplier, including indirect or consequential loss.
7. Acceptable use
Please submit accurate information and use the form only for genuine requests. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or submit automated or misleading requests.
