Who we are
RE:IBC Totes (reibctotes.com) is a referral service. RE:IBC Totes is a referral service. Quotes are fulfilled by partner suppliers in our network. We do not sell, store, wash or deliver totes ourselves.
What the form collects
The quote form collects what you type into it: first and last name, email address, phone number, company, city, state or province, ZIP or postal code, the service you want, product type, quantity, grade, timing and your message. It also records the page you submitted from and basic technical details (such as referring page and campaign tags) that help us see which pages lead to requests.
Text messages
The form has an optional box for text messages about your request. The consent wording is: “Text me about this request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.” If you tick it, the partner supplier handling your request may text you about that request. It is not a condition of getting a quote, and you can reply STOP at any time.
How it is used and shared
Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which we use to receive and route requests, and from there to one or more partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. The partner supplier who handles your request uses your details under its own privacy practices. We do not sell your information, and we do not use a quote request to send unrelated marketing.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses cookieless PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising pixels. The names, email addresses and phone numbers you type into the form are not sent to the analytics tool.
How long it is kept
Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months so that follow-up questions about a request can be answered, and are then deleted. Partner suppliers keep their own records under their own policies.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, send a message through the contact form and say what you need. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state law; we handle every request the same way.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are sent from our server to the lead platform; the platform's credentials are never sent to your browser.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults buying or selling containers. It is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
